What are KiddiVouchers?

Childcare vouchers are a Government scheme aimed at helping parents to save money on childcare. Parent can save hundreds of pounds a year in tax and National Insurance by using KiddiVouchers childcare vouchers.

Parents can use KiddiVouchers to pay for a wide range of childcare. Most parents like to use their vouchers to make a payment straight into their carer's bank account by BACS. Some parents prefer to have a paper voucher, which they just need to hand to their childcare provider instead of cash.

What are the benefits of childcare vouchers for carers?

Childcare vouchers make childcare more affordable for parents. This can give them more choice about which childcare provider they use and how much childcare they use. By making childcare more affordable, childcare vouchers can open your childcare business to a wider market.

When parents sign up for childcare vouchers, they usually receive the vouchers instead of part of their salary. This means they automatically have part of their salary set aside to pay for childcare, which helps to ensure that you get paid promptly.

How can I start to accept KiddiVouchers childcare vouchers?

If any parents would like to start paying you with KiddiVouchers, they simply need to let us know when they order their vouchers. The first time a parent asks to pay you with KiddiVouchers, we will send you a simple registration form. You can complete the registration online or by phone. Alternatively, you can register online at any time by clicking here.

How do I redeem a voucher?

If a parent makes an electronic payment to you, you don't need to do anything. If you are given a paper or email voucher, you need to redeem it so that we can make the payment to you. You can redeem paper or email vouchers by simply entering the voucher number and verification code here. Payment will then be made to your bank account.

How will I know which parents have paid?

You will receive an email every time we make a payment to you, and you can also view a complete payment history by logging in to your KiddiVouchers account. We will also quote a clear reference against each payment, to help you reconcile your bank statements. When you register, you can choose whether you would like us to quote the parent's name, the child's name or another reference of your choice.
